11/2011: Artwork to be Displayed and Gifted at the American Music Awards

Local muralist and artist, Sheryl Chatterton, has been invited to showcase her artwork in Hollywood, CA at the American Music Awards. For the Awards, Sheryl created a hand glazed tile mural comprised of 100 2” tiles.  The theme of the mural is “Music is Life”. Each individual tile was then turned into a magnet that symbolically represents one note of a whole composition. These magnets, along with a picture of the completed mural will be included in the swag bags for the event taking place Nov 18-19 and culminating with the awards show on Nov. 20.

One of Sheryl’s small encaustic paintings of local independent musician, Tim Cannon, will be displayed at the Awards as well by The IndiExhibit, a company that promotes independent artists from around the world

03/2012: A Brush with Life has recently been given the exciting opportunity to restore the existing murals at Canobie Lake Park, Salem, NH, as well as to design and paint new ones! More info and pictures to follow

01/2012: Two paintings have been completed to be turned into digitalized scenery in the upcoming film “Fable”. “Fable” is a NBS production being created at Emerson University.
